Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://skknifesharpening.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Service Description. This Site describes Mobile Knife Sharpening, Restaurant Knife Sharpening, Clipper Sharpening, Trimmer Sharpening provided by SK Knife Sharpening. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. SK Knife Sharpening (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. SK Knife Sharpening makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, SK Knife Sharpening's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold SK Knife Sharpening harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in FL.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
